No. We work within your existing tools, Exact Online, Odoo, Twinfield, or similar. The Blueprint connects what you already have. No new software required.
The onboarding fee covers the one-time setup of the FinFixers Blueprint. In roughly two weeks, we set up workflows, portals, bank and PSP integrations, dashboards and the monthly cadence. From month one, everything runs on the same model.
The standard Blueprint covers one active legal entity. Additional entities, holding structures or complexity outside the standard scope are quoted separately after an initial conversation.
We ask for an initial commitment of three months, giving the Blueprint enough time to prove itself. After that, the agreement continues on a monthly basis with a 30-day notice period.
Every client has a dedicated point of contact in the Netherlands. Dutch communication, local oversight and a delivery team working according to one proven Blueprint.
We complement them, not replace them. Your accountant handles statutory and tax work. FinFixers runs the monthly finance operation in between. If preferred, additional specialist services can be coordinated through our trusted partners.
