IS FINFIXERS FOR ME?

No. The Blueprint is designed for founder-led businesses between €1M and €10M revenue — precisely the stage where financial structure is most needed and most often missing. We’ve worked with businesses that had almost no existing financial structure and had them at WD5 within 30 days. If you have a basic accounting package (Exact Online, Odoo, Twinfield or similar), we can work with it.

A bookkeeper handles your tax administration and makes sure the books are correct for the annual accounts. That’s it. FinFixers runs your monthly finance operations — close by day 5, cashflow visibility, management dashboard, budget vs. actuals review, and one monthly call. Different job, different outcome. Most of our clients still have their existing accountant for statutory and tax work. We complement them, not replace them.

No. We work within your existing tools. The Blueprint connects what you already have — Exact Online, Odoo, Twinfield, or similar — into a structured operating rhythm. No new software licences required. If your current setup has gaps, we’ll flag them and recommend the simplest fix, but we never require a full migration.

THE BLUEPRINTS & HOW IT WORKS

WD5 means Working Day 5 — your books are closed, reconciled, and signed off by the 5th working day of every month. Most founder-led businesses get their numbers on day 18, 22, or never. When you have your figures by day 5, you can actually make decisions in the month you’re in — not retrospectively. It’s the single most impactful change we make for every client.

We start with a discovery call to check fit and understand your setup. If we both want to proceed, onboarding takes two weeks — system configuration, portal setup, bank integrations, and your first WD5 close. After that, the Blueprint runs monthly: you provide input by WD2, we close by WD5, update cashflow by WD8, and do a 30-minute review call by WD10. You spend less than an hour a month on finance.

 

The Blueprint covers your full monthly finance operating rhythm: accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliation, monthly close and reporting, cashflow tracking, budget vs. actuals review, management dashboard, and the monthly review call. What it does not cover: statutory tax filing, annual accounts, payroll, and out-of-scope complexity — those stay with your accountant or are quoted separately.

 

PRICING & CONTRACTS

Everything in the standard Blueprint scope: full system setup, 80% automation-led monthly cadence, WD5 close, WD8 cashflow update, management dashboard, budget vs. actuals review, AI-assisted monthly finance summary, and one 30-minute review call per month. One price. No hourly billing. No surprises. The one-time onboarding fee (€3,000–€5,000) covers setup, configuration, and your first close.

Statutory tax and compliance, annual accounts filing, payroll processing, multiple legal entities, and complexity that falls outside the standard Blueprint. Anything out of scope is identified upfront during onboarding and quoted separately — always before we start. No hidden costs discovered three months in.

 

We ask for an initial commitment of three months — enough time to see the Blueprint working and delivering results. After that, it’s a monthly subscription with 30 days’ notice to cancel. We don’t lock clients into long contracts because we’re confident in the model. Our 0% churn rate is the best evidence of that.

 

PRACTICALTIES

Every client has a dedicated contact based in the Netherlands. Communication in Dutch or English — your choice. Delivery is managed directly by the FinFixers leadership team. You’re never passed to a junior account manager or a generic support inbox.

Two weeks. We configure your systems, set up portals and approval flows, connect your bank and PSP integrations, and run your first WD5 close. By the end of week two you’re fully operational — not onboarding, not in a transition phase, actually running. We’ve done this enough times that the process is fast and predictable.

 

No — we’re designed to work alongside them. Your accountant handles statutory and tax work. FinFixers handles the monthly operating layer in between. Many of our clients run both. We’ll coordinate directly with your accountant during onboarding to make sure there’s no overlap and no gap.

 

Mauritius is an international financial hub with highly skilled finance professionals and a strong, stable financial sector that meets international compliance and quality standards. This allows us to provide high-quality finance support at a fraction of the cost in the Netherlands — without compromising on efficiency or reliability. We have visited Mauritius multiple times and closely monitor quality to ensure consistent delivery.

 

No — quite the opposite. Thanks to our Indian roots, we understand the culture and work ethic in Mauritius, where 65% of the population also has Indian heritage. Our finance professionals are fluent in English, and there is always a Dutch-speaking contact available for direct support. Time zone difference is just 2–3 hours — enough overlap for smooth, efficient collaboration.

Quality is guaranteed through strict selection criteria, regular performance evaluations, a buddy model with 6-eyes quality checks, and Dutch management oversight on every client engagement.
