We’re Shalini and Shailes – sister and brother and the founders of FinFixers. From the Netherlands and Mauritius, we’re building something that grew out of both a shared dream and a shared frustration.

We spent years working in various finance roles at international companies like British American Tobacco, General Motors, Dyson, FrieslandCampina, Heinz, and Samsung. That’s where we saw how a best-in-class finance team creates calm, control, and strategic power.

As freelancers, we brought that knowledge to startups, scale-ups, and SMEs. Again and again, we saw the same issues: overworked finance teams, inefficient processes, and a lack of up-to-date insights. The quality and structure needed to enable growth were often out of reach.

We know finance from the inside – across industries from FMCG to automotive and tech. Now we translate that knowledge into flexible finance solutions for companies ready to grow: without the hassle, without unnecessary costs.

That’s why we started FinFixers.
